Shipping & Delivery
Most items qualify for free shipping in the contiguous (lower-48) United States. In Stock items should arrive in 1-7 business days, after your order is shipped depending on your location. Fulcrum Gallery uses UPS as our designated shipper. Delivery is not available for P.O Boxes. A signature may be required. Other shipping arrangements may be made by contacting us directly.

Privacy & Security
Your privacy is important to us. Fulcrum Gallery and Fulcrum Gallery Online does not share any of your information with second parties. Additionally Fulcrum does not store any credit card information within its databases. We use PayPal as our secure merchant provider. Your personal information will only be used to enhance your sales experience and direct correspondence. You will be able to receive email updates on new products up coming shows and special offers you can opt out of this email newsletter at any time by clicking the link located at the bottom of the e-mail correspondence. Any changes to our privacy and customer service policies will be posted here on this customer service page.

Returns & Replacements
Customer may return any unsold Merchandise item(s) in original condition within 10 days of receiving of receiving such item(s) to Seller for a full refund of the invoice price of such Merchandise (or for credit against other product we sell). Customer shall bear the cost of shipping, handling and insurance for returned Merchandise. Returns made after ten days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Claims: All packages are professionally packaged and insured. Customer must notify Seller of any claimed shipping error or damage within 10 days of receipt of Merchandise. It is the responsibility of the Customer to notify the claims department of UPS Please save all packaging Customer’s failure to give such notice within that 10 day period shall be deemed a waiver of Customer's claim for incorrect or damaged shipments.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order and an additional email when your item(s) have shipped. To cancel an order for a full refund you must contact us before the order has shipped.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All major credit cards are accepted. We use PayPal as our secure merchant provider. One time promotional offers cannot be applied to other products unless expressly stated within that promotion.

Viewing Orders
Orders will be available to view through this site. Log into your customer profile and proceed to previous orders.

Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time by logging into your customer profile on this site. You can make any additional changes to your profile from there.
